About

Keith represents clients in various technical fields, including front-end services, virtualization, optical communications, big data, control systems, software, computer hardware innovations, personal devices, and telecommunications. His experience provides strategies for companies to generate a strong IP portfolio, which includes identifying patentable innovations, drafting patent applications, responding to Office actions from the USPTO, and managing and interacting with foreign counsel for foreign prosecution.

 

Before joining Brake Hughes Bellermann LLP, Keith spent ten years working for Setter Roche LLP, focusing on patent prosecution and developing client patent portfolios.  He also worked as an engineer for a network connectivity solution company, serving data centers and enterprise storage solutions.
